Payment and Insurance
Harmony Wholistic operates as a private-pay, out-of-network practice. Payment is due at the time of service.
Most services are eligible for payment using HSA or FSA funds. Patients are encouraged to confirm eligibility with their plan administrator.
A Superbill is available upon request to submit to insurance carrier for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
This model allows us to provide personalized, whole-person care designed around clinical need, thorough evaluation, collaboration and continuity.
Nia M. Jarrett, DMSc, PA-C, PMH-C
I am a licensed Physician Associate devoted to whole-person wellness with a philosophy that mental and emotional health are the foundation of whole health and living.
I hold a Doctor of Medical Science degree, a Master of Science in Human Nutrition, and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). I completed advanced training in Primordial Sound Meditation through the Chopra Center, with complementary study and exploration of Ayurveda as a framework for understanding individualized wholistic care. Together, these disciplines inform an integrative approach that honors both modern medical science and time-tested wisdom traditions.
Over the course of my career, I have cared for thousands of patients and have seen firsthand how stress, identity shifts, unaddressed trauma, and relational strain profoundly shape physical health outcomes. This insight informs everything I do.
I am especially passionate about whole family care to include the often-overlooked wellbeing of fathers and non-birthing parents.
My passion extends beyond the clinic into my advocacy and community work, where I focus on creating spaces for wholeness for all.
